Annual Sports Day, “FROLICSOME” 2019 was conducted on 29 August. All students of classes from Kindergarten to grade 8 participated in the spectacular sporting event. The Principal, expressed her elation and welcomed the chief guest Mr. B. Sekar, Tamil Nadu Police, The Nilgiris. He outlined the fact that sports should be an integral part of the curriculum in every school. He motivated the kids to play with passion, zeal and spirit in his speech.
The series of events started with the ceremonial torch lighting followed by activities like March Past, Relay, running race etc., This was followed by Zumba dance, Hoops drill and Gymnastics display.
It was a day well spent basking in the warmth of the sun and witnessing the tiny tots run, jump, tumble, roll and hop.
